I am here to give you a tailored and exclusive list of toddler and baby classes.
The majority can be found all over London, however I must start with what I know which is North of the river.
SENSORY

Gymboree are centres and communities you can join and attend with your baby, whilst they do offer things like soft play, Gymboree host a variety of classes such as baby sensory, music, art, family classes and baby massage.
A beautiful class for mother and baby which is run by Randa; yoga teacher, birth keeper and doula. Randa can take you on a bonding journey with your child right from early pregnancy.
Mindful kids is a powerful class which teaches both child and carer how to practice mindfulness. These classes can aid sleep, create a sense of calm, improve focus and most importantly help your child flourish and be joyful.
Buggy fit is a great way to get fit after your baby, in fact I wish I had attended more classes and strengthened my back! They are the largest buggy work out within the UK which means you will have a chance to meet other mothers and babies (of course you bring your baby, not just the buggy! lol!) everyone is open to feeding, crying and nappy changes all women are there to support each other creating a tribe to nurture each other through motherhood.
DANCE

For diddi dance your little one should be steady on their feet, great for boys and girls this class is a little bit of everything rolled into one! exploring all avenues, watch your child blossom.
ART
Messy Play! kids love getting messy even when they shouldn't be! wear old clothes for this class! paint, gloop, splash, glitter fun for all the family.
"Where kids create masterpieces" Each week your child creates a different piece of art creating a mini portfolio of their work. The only con is the class is a bit more pricey than others.
"The most important thing is not to stop questioning" offering hands on experiments, your child will be thrilled when they see the magic of natural phenomena.

It is important to try and enrol yourself into a least one class as I know motherhood can sometimes be lonely, not only are mother and baby classes beneficial for bonding with your child but it will give you the mental break of being out of the house and conversing with other mothers/fathers/carers who can sympathise with you and hold space for you.
